Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.) We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — rate calculated at checkout
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — rate calculated at checkout
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $70

International Shipping At this time, we ship internationally. If we do, please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Lost or Stolen Packages Real South Health Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact your local carrier and then reach out to us at Realsouthbrah@gmail.com — we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll work quickly to make it right.

Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at Realsouthbrah@gmail.com — we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
